7.Payment Information

Payments and deposits are handled by trusted third-party payment processors. Your card details are entered into and managed by those processors under their own security and privacy practices. Terms & Conditions Lumé Head Spa Wellness · Effective May 28, 2026

Welcome to Lumé Head Spa Wellness (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, your booking of appointments, and your receipt of services at our location. 1.Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing our website or booking or receiving any service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accompanied and authorized by a parent or legal guardian and that you accept these Terms together with our Privacy Notice and Refund & Cancellation Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

2.Our Services and Wellness Disclaimer

Our services are relaxation, scalp-care, and wellness experiences. They are not medical treatments, and they are not a substitute for professional medical, dermatological, or psychological care, diagnosis, or treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.

If you have a medical condition, scalp or skin condition, injury, allergy, are pregnant, or have any health concern, please consult a qualified healthcare provider before booking, and inform us before your service. Results vary from person to person, and we make no guarantee of any specific result.

3.Health Disclosure and Client Responsibility

You are responsible for disclosing accurate and complete health information relevant to your service, including allergies, sensitivities, skin or scalp conditions, recent procedures, and medications, on our intake or check-in forms or directly to your therapist. We rely on the information you provide. We are not responsible for adverse reactions or outcomes resulting from information you did not disclose.

4.Eligibility and Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or discontinue any service at our discretion, including where we believe a service may not be safe or appropriate for a guest, where a guest behaves inappropriately, or where a guest fails to follow our policies. Guests under 18 may receive services only with the consent and, where we require it, the presence of a parent or legal guardian.

5.Appointments, Deposits, and Cancellations

A deposit is required to reserve certain appointments and is applied toward the cost of your service. Cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. By booking, you agree to that policy. In short: at least 24 hours’ notice is required to transfer your deposit to a new appointment, otherwise the deposit is forfeited.

6.Pricing

Prices for services, add-ons, memberships, gift cards, and retail products are subject to change at any time without notice. The price in effect at the time of your service or purchase applies. Promotional pricing is valid only for the stated period and conditions.

  • Memberships auto-renew monthly and are non-transferable;

  • Member discounts and guest benefits cannot be combined with other offers and apply only as described;
  • Benefits are valid only while the membership is active and paid current; and
  • We reserve the right to modify or end any membership program at any time.

8.Gift Cards

11.Personal Property

Please keep your belongings with you. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought onto our premises.

12.Photos and Marketing Consent

14.Assumption of Risk and Limitation of Liability

You voluntarily choose to receive our services and accept the inherent risks associated with spa, scalp, and relaxation services. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our services and website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied;
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services; and

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

15.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lumé Head Spa Wellness, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our website or services, or your failure to disclose relevant health information.

Refund & Cancellation Policy Lumé Head Spa Wellness · Effective May 28, 2026

We understand that plans change. This policy explains our deposit, cancellation, no-show, and refund practices so that everything is clear before you book. By booking an appointment or making a purchase with Lumé Head Spa Wellness, you agree to this policy.

1.Appointment Deposits

A $29 deposit is required to reserve your appointment. This deposit is applied toward the cost of your service on the day of your visit, so it is not an extra charge — it simply secures your appointment time.

2.Cancellations and Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule and keep your $29 deposit, we require at least 24 hours’ notice before your appointment time. When you give us 24 hours’ notice or more, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment.

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, the $29 deposit is forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book a future appointment.

3.No-Shows

If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment and do not contact us, it is considered a no-show. The $29 deposit is forfeited for all no-shows, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

4.Late Arrivals

Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your service may be shortened so that we stay on schedule for the next guest, and you will be charged the full service price. If we are unable to provide the service due to a late arrival, it may be treated as a late cancellation and the deposit forfeited.

5.Service Satisfaction

Your comfort matters to us. Because our services are personal, hands-on wellness experiences that are performed and completed during your visit, we do not offer refunds on services that have been provided. If you are not satisfied with your experience, please let us know before you leave, or contact us within 48 hours of your visit, and we will do our best to make it right — which may include adjusting the service or scheduling a complimentary follow-up at our discretion.

6.Memberships

Memberships are billed monthly and auto-renew until cancelled. Unless required by law:

  • Monthly membership payments are non-refundable;
  • Unused monthly services do not roll over and have no cash value;
  • To stop future billing, you must cancel before your next billing date by contacting us at Lumeheadspa@gmail.com or (770) 731-8004; and
  • Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund payments already made.

7.Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Gift cards do not expire except as permitted by applicable law.

8.Retail Products

Unopened retail products in their original condition may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are defective.

9.Refund Method and Timing

Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow a reasonable processing period, typically 5 to 10 business days, for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

10.Questions

If you have any questions about this policy, or you would like to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible:
